What does the fee include?
One contract of the type you order, tailored to the information in your form, delivered in Word and PDF, with one round of reasonable amendments requested within 14 days of delivery.
What isn't included?
Advice on your wider transaction, negotiation with the other party, tax advice, and signing, stamping, registration, or notarisation. We can help with any of these under a separate engagement.
Which law will my contract be under?
You choose Lebanese law or English law in the form. If you're unsure which suits your deal, say so and we'll recommend one before we start.
What if my matter is more complex?
If your contract needs more than a tailored precedent, such as a negotiated transaction or several related agreements, book a consultation and we'll quote for it separately.
Can I cancel?
Yes, before we start work. Consumers also have a 14-day cancellation right. Our terms of sale set out the details.
