Before You Book

  1. Pay when you book

    Payment is taken by card when you choose your time, and processed securely by Stripe.

  2. We check for conflicts

    We confirm we can meet you before your consultation. If we can't, we refund you in full.

  3. Change of plans

    You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your consultation. After that, the fee is not refundable.

  4. Meeting in London

    In-person meetings in London are available on request. Email info@kortfirm.com and we'll suggest dates.
