Kort is a boutique law firm advising under Lebanese civil law and English common law, from Beirut and London. We act for banks, companies, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals across corporate, banking, real estate, commercial, litigation, and arbitration matters.

Hassan KhalilFounding Partner
Hassan Khalil is the founder of Kort, advising clients on corporate, energy, banking and finance, litigation, arbitration, and sanctions matters. His practice is shaped by a cross-jurisdictional perspective, combining experience in Lebanese law with registration with the Solicitors Regulation Authority in England and Wales.
He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association, a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He works across Beirut and London and advises clients in Arabic, English, and French.
