Before You Book

  1. Payment

    Online consultations are paid by card when you book. For in-person meetings, we confirm your requested time and agree the fee with you before the meeting.

  2. We check for conflicts

    We confirm we can meet you before your consultation. If we can't, we refund you in full.

  3. Change of plans

    You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your consultation. After that, the fee is not refundable.

  4. Meeting in London

    In-person meetings in London are available on request. Email info@kortfirm.com and we'll suggest dates.
